PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably keep lighting and ventilation, to relax inequality between dwelling houses by equalizing the traffic line distance from each dwelling house to an elevator, and to hardly exert noise of the elevator and staircase on the dwelling house. SOLUTION: A dwelling house zone formed by continuously disposing dwelling houses 2 in the beam direction of a building is formed U-shaped in a plan view, and a shared passage 3 is disposed inside along the dwelling houses 2. A connecting corridor 10 is provided to connect the common passages 3, 3 opposite to each other with a U-shaped opening part 5 interposed between them. An elongated belt-like core part 20 is provided to connect the substantially central part of the connecting corridor 10 and the shared passage 3 positioned opposite thereto, and an elevator 30 is installed in the core part 20. On both sides of the core part, split open ceilings 4a, 4a are provided to obtain lighting to the dwelling house facing the open ceiling through the connecting corridor 10.
