METHOD FOR PRODUCING DIELECTRIC CERAMIC POWDER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE DIELECTRIC MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dielectric ceramic powder capable of securing fluidity of a mixture with a resin even in case of using a powder by a pulverization method.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the dielectric ceramic powder comprises a first firing step for obtaining a first fired product by holding a raw material composition at a first temperature, a first pulverization step for obtaining a first pulverized product by pulverizing the first fired product, a second firing step for obtaining a second fired product by holding the first pulverized product at a second temperature lower than the first temperature, and a second pulverization step for obtaining a second pulverized product by pulverizing the second fired product. A composite dielectric material having excellent dielectric properties can be obtained by the method in which fluidity of the mixture with the resin can be secured as a matter of course.
