<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a luminaire incorporating a lighting device and capable of being installed to a wiring appliance on a ceiling surface easily. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 1 has a lighting circuit and a plug blade 2a that engages with the wiring appliance 4 on the ceiling surface to thereby establish electrical and mechanical connection.
