<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor connector which has a small change in resistance even in the environment of large temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: This resistor connector C has a resistor 10 covering a resistor unit 12 with a glass protecting film 13 within a pair of lead frames 1 and 1, where this resistor 10 undergoes mold coating 2 with a silicone resin 20 interposed as a buffer layer and relaxing thermal stress against repeated temperature change. The largest thickness, which is located on the side of the upper surface of the resistor 10, of the silicone resin 20 is formed in a thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm. The thermal stress due to a molded pressure and the severe temperature change is relaxed by the buffer layer 20 and generation and growth of a crack in the resistor unit 12 can be suppressed.
