<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit board having a compact shape capable of efficiently connecting a plurality of the electronic circuit boards to one main board wherein failures such as disconnection etc. hardly occur. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic circuit board 1 comprises a nearly plate-shaped circuit side connector formed to be able to fit into a linking connector mounted on the main board, a first board portion 6 stacked on the circuit side connector with its connector surface abutting thereon and having a first circuit 12 electrically connected to the connector terminal of the circuit side connector, a nearly plate-shaped second board 7 provided perpendicularly from the first board surface 11 of the first board 6 opposed to the connector surface and having a second circuit 14 connected to the first circuit 12, and an external terminal 8 electrically connected to the second circuit 14 and capable of externally inputting/outputting an electric signal.
