PLATE TERMINAL FOR BOARD CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate terminal capable of increasing the stability of electrical contact without impairing a terminal support force.

SOLUTION: This plate terminal for board connection is pressed in a through hole of a circuit board and electrically connected to a conductor inside the through hole. Elastic contact parts 13 which are elastically deformed in the plate width direction and electrically connected to the conductor inside the through hole are provided on both sides of a bending space 18 formed penetrated in the plate width direction of a board press-fit part 12, and a plurality of plate spring contact members 17 which elastically deform in the plate width direction and are electrically connected to the conductor inside the through hole are provided in parallel. Locking projections 15 which are locked with the hole edge of the through hole are formed at the tip of the board press-fit part 12. Curving directions of the neighboring plate spring contact members 17 are made mutually opposite and each plate spring contact member 17 is contacted to the opposed inner face of the through hole.
