<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copyright management method and system for making pay fair consideration for a copyright against digital shoplifting. <P>SOLUTION: The system is structured of a mobile communication device 100 comprising a photographing means 3 for photographing external information when a photographing start instruction is received, a photographing information storage means 5 for storing photographed data, an IC tag reading means 4 for reading IC tag information, an IC tag information analyzing means 6 for analyzing whether the read IC tag information is copyright information or not, a copyright usage history storage means 9 for storing a part or all of the copyright information as copyright usage history information when the IC tag information is the copyright information, and a communication means 11 for transmitting the copyright usage history information, and a usage charge settling center 40 for settling a copyright usage charge in response to usage charge information from the communication means 11 in the mobile communication device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
