PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a rotating member and a power mechanism for suppressing the occurrence of vibration and noise by a simple configuration and reducing noise in a planetary gear. SOLUTION: In the power mechanism 20 for connecting a motor and a drive shaft to the sun gear and ring gear of the planetary gear and performs the spline connection of a carrier 39 axially to a support wall 66 of a case 54 for supporting, a mount hole 66a is formed at the periphery of a through hole in which the rotor of the motor of the support wall 66 passes through, a plurality of grooves 66b are formed axially over the entire periphery of the inner periphery surface of the mount hole 66a, a projection 39b is formed axially at one portion of the periphery of the outer periphery surface of the projection section of the carrier 39, and the carrier 39 is mounted so that the projection 39b is engaged to the groove 66b positioned at the side of a C region in which the stiffness of the support wall 66 is higher in the plurality of grooves 66b formed at the entire periphery, thus suppressing the amplification of the noise of the planetary gear at a part in which the stiffness of the support wall 66 is weak and reducing noise.
