PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning support system with which a shift between a teaching material waveform and a learner waveform along the time base can be reduced. SOLUTION: A waveform display processing part 103 generates a waveform comparison image for comparing teaching material waveform information and learner waveform information with each other. At this point, the waveform display processing part 103 accepts change in reproducing speed of the teaching material and deforms the learner waveform in the waveform comparison image along the time base according to the accepted reproducing speed. Further, the waveform display processing part 103 uses a vocal start point detected from the learner waveform information and shifts the learner waveform information along the time base to align the vocal start point to a waveform reference position of the waveform comparison image.
