PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-stickable adhesive tape or sheet having excellent moisture permeability and adhesive strength sufficient for long-time pasting. SOLUTION: The skin-stickable adhesive tape or sheet comprises a substrate having a gas permeability of 5 cc/cm<SP>2</SP>/s or more and an adhesive layer formed by applying an adhesive composition onto at least one face of the substrate. The adhesive composition contains a carboxylate ester of 20-120 pts.wt which is liquid or paste at room temperature and an acrylic copolymer of 100 pts.wt. obtained from a monomer mixture containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate of 40-80 wt%, an alkoxy group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer of 10-60 wt%, and an carboxyl group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer of 1-10 wt%. The moisture permeability of the whole adhesive tape or sheet is 600 g/m<SP>2</SP>×24h×40°C×30% R.H. or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
