PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of an earthen pot with an induction heating rice cooker by replacing internal pot of the induction heating rice cooker with the earthen pot and by applying a metal made of a magnetic material at the bottom part of the earthen pot. SOLUTION: The induction heating rice cooker is provided with an internal case that forms an internal wall, a container body that forms an external wall, a lid member that can be freely open and closed against the container body, an induction heating means that is placed between the internal case and the container body, and an internal pot that is contained inside the internal case. The internal pot is made of ceramics, the section that faces opposite to the heating means forms a multilayer structure made of ceramics and metal, and the aforementioned metal is placed to abut against a temperature sensor.
