PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a powder detergent from adhering to a detergent feeder and being not smoothly fed into an outer tub when a reservation course is set. SOLUTION: When the reservation course is set, the powder detergent fed into the detergent feeder 13 is poured into the outer tub 6, detergent dissolution is performed by rotating a washing and spin-drying tub 2, and then standby is performed until reservation time elapses.
