<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of two or more process cartridges which are loaded in a main unit of one and the same image forming apparatus and produce no difference in image quality between the process cartridges different from each other in toner housing capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In the set of two or more process cartridges each comprising, in one, an image carrier, a cleaning member for cleaning a surface of the image carrier, a container housing a developer, and a conveying means to convey the developer to a developing portion opposite to the image carrier with a developer carrier, the process cartridges can be freely detachably loaded in one and the same image forming apparatus, the toner housing capacities of the process cartridges are mutually different, and the image carriers of the process cartridges undergo scraping of surface layers by equal amounts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
