<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem wherein, in case of carrying out windings around a half core, the windings were carried out by rotating a half-core centered around the axis of the half core, while rotating a flier, but a range for carrying out the windings about the half core is restricted, since the tip of the nozzle provided at a flier end contact with end of the rotating half core. <P>SOLUTION: A winding method of a coil of the half core comprises the steps of fixing the half core; winding wire, drawn out from the tip of the nozzle provided at the flier end by means of the rotating flier and a mechanism for at least moving the flier back and forth, up and vertically as to always maintain an equal distance from a core winding center of the half core; and carrying out aligning winding of the wire around the half core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
