<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aqueous solution having excellent anti-microbial effect-sustainability, and to provide an apparatus for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-microbial agent aqueous solution is produced by allowing tap water to pass through a filter and an activated carbon tank to remove fine foreign matters, and the like, transferring the passed tap water to a cation exchange resin tank and an anion exchange resin tank to obtain pure water, finely dividing clusters in the pure water in a zeolite-filled tank, storing the treated pure water in a raw water tank, adding Spisula sachalinensis powder and calcium phosphate to the pure water in a stirring tank, transferring the stirred pure water to a centrifugal separator, supplying the mixed water stirred in the centrifugal separator into a case from the intermediate portion of the shaft of a screw feeder rotated at a high speed, dividing the water into a precipitated portion and a saturated aqueous solution portion by a centrifugal force, and then separating the precipitated portion as a dehydrated cake by the rotation of the screw feeder and recovering the saturated aqueous solution as an anti-microbial agent aqueous solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
