<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unauthorized reuse of a once attached radio information medium, and to protect information stored in a memory. <P>SOLUTION: In this radio information medium, an IC chip having an information writing means, an information reading means, and an information storing means, and an oscillation coil having a radio signal transmitting/receiving means are placed on the first main surface of a film-shaped base, and a tacky adhesive layer is formed on the back face of the first main surface. The tacky adhesive layer is provided with an easily peelable region outside the IC chip placing region.
