PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating tool which is composed of a exchangeable cutting element or interchangeable head and a revolution-possible main body, and which is desirably used for drills. SOLUTION: The interchangeable head can be firmly linked with the main body of the tool through male/female combination. The male/female combination includes a female-type groove (11), formed on the frontal face of the main body (4), whose range is fixed by a bottom face (14) and 2 side faces (15), on one hand, and a male portion (22), which can be inserted to the groove and is designed to protrude backward from the interchangeable head (5), and which contains an end face (23) and 2 side faces (24), on the other. On the frontal face of the main body, a slot (12) having an opening forward is formed. This slot splits 2 legs (13), which can be flexibly deformed, for the purpose of maintaining the male portion (22) which is clamped within the groove.
