PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID discriminating device for blocking the registration of biological information by an impostor at the time of collecting the biological information of a user principal by using a password or the like. SOLUTION: This ID discriminating device is provided with a biological information validity determination part 50, and when it is determined that biological information which is valid for biological authentication has been acquired by a biological authentication validity/invalidity deciding part 40, whether or not it is the biological information of a user principal is decided by using biological information initially registered by the user, and when it is determined that it is the biological information of the user principal, the biological information registered in a biological information registering part 30 is deleted.
