FILAMENT WINDING DEVICE AND PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament winding device which can stably impregnate a continuous length material with a synthetic resin material and a processing device which can stably apply a coating material to the continuous length material. SOLUTION: The filament winding device 10 sends the synthetic resin material stored in a storage part 38 to a coating part 42 by means of a reversible pump 30 capable of reversible operation and applies the synthetic resin material to a filament 18 on a coating roller 28 by discharging the material from the coating part 42. When the filament 18 is return-transferred, the reversible pump 30 is reversed at a velocity corresponding to a return transfer velocity and thereby, the air suction is performed. When the feed transfer is resumed after the end of the return transfer, the air is vented from the reversible pump 30 until the coated part of the filament 18 passes through the coating roller 28 and instead, the discharge of the synthetic resin does not occur. Thus the repeated application of the synthetic resin to the coated part of the filament 18 does not take place and the stable application of the synthetic resin can be ensured.
