摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an injection foamed heat insulating panel using a 5C saturated hydrocarbon not destructing ozone and causing no global warming as a foaming agent and constituted so as to prevent the shrinkage of voids to enhance moldability and quality. SOLUTION: The 5C saturated hydrocarbon, for example, cyclopentane 3 being the foaming agent, a polyol raw liquid 1 having water and a polyisocyanate raw liquid 2 are mixed to form a mixed composition which is in turn, injected in the gap between a pair of surface panels to be foamed to fill the gap. In this case, the ratio of the number of moles of cyclopentane and carbon dioxide formed by reacting water and isocyanate is set to 50/50-30/70. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
