PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust highly accurately a lens holder for holding a lens to be inspected when measuring eccentricity of the lens to be inspected, to shorten an adjustment work time, and to dispense with a tool for adjustment. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a rotating driving mechanism 4 for rotating around the rotating shaft a lens holder 2 in the state where the lens 1 to be inspected is sucked and held onto a lens accepting part 2c, a tilt adjustment mechanism 3b for performing tilt adjustment of the lens accepting part 2c of the lens holder 2 relative to the rotating shaft 4b of the rotating driving mechanism 4, a moving mechanism 3a for moving and adjusting the lens holder 2 in the direction orthogonal to the rotating shaft 4b of the rotating driving mechanism 4 and thereby allowing the center axis 2e of the lens holder 2 to agree with the rotating shaft 4b of the rotating driving mechanism 4, and a deflection measuring means 7 for measuring the deflection quantity in contact with the peripheral surface of the lens 1 to be inspected held by the lens holder 2. A lens holder 4 is provided with a standard part 4a for adjusting the lens accepting part 2c in the tilt direction and in the orthogonal direction to the rotating shaft 4b of the rotating driving mechanism 4.
