PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and surely drive a pile by easily mounting a pile driving attachment, adapted to the prescribed type and diameter of the pile, at a leading end of a boom of a truck crane etc. SOLUTION: A hydraulic speed reducer 10 is mounted at the leading end 2a of the boom of the truck crane 1; an outer cylinder 31 of an excavating means 30 of an earth bucket 36 etc. is mounted at the lower end of the speed reducer 10; and an upper end of the pile excavating means 30 is mounted so that the pile can be driven. So as to carry out the above purpose, a top surface of the speed reducer 10 houses a wire guiding means for guiding an auxiliary hoisting wire W<SB>1</SB>into the speed reducer 10; the inside thereof houses a swivel which enables the wire W<SB>1</SB>in a path for feeding a driving medium to the speed reducer 10 to be inserted into the speed reducer; a guide part 20, which leads out the wire W<SB>1</SB>from a lower end and which coaxially guides and connects the means 30, are continuously connected to an undersurface thereof; and an upper end thereof is equipped with locking means 23 and 26 for maintaining connection with the means 30 in the connection.
