PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap having excellent bubbling property by using carbon dioxide gas generated by adding an acid, a sugar and a salt to sodium bicarbonate. SOLUTION: The bubbling soap is produced by adding a proper amount of sodium bicarbonate to an ordinary soap and adding a proper amount of an acid, a sugar or a salt to the mixture.
