PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-plan counter type kitchen apparatus capable of reducing smoke flowing into the side of a dining room and raising the collection efficiency of the smoke. SOLUTION: The counter type kitchen apparatus provided with a ventilator (1) above a cooking appliance (2) is provided with a smoke guide palate (3) at a rear part of the cooking appliance in such a way as to be elevated and lowered.
