PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information service capable of taking countermeasures for more effectively preventing illegal actions by taking the extension characteristics of a communication port into consideration. SOLUTION: A logical operation circuit 703 executes an OR operation of an unlocking signal (door sensor signal) outputted from a main control board 700, e.g., outputted when an unlocking operation is applied on a locking mechanism and a set signal outputted when a set button for changing the set of a ball putting-out rate is operated, and the result is transmitted to an external concentrated terminal board 800. LEDs 706, 707 each keep and display their states according to illegal action preventing signals allotted to a common communication port 701 until the signals are canceled.
