PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control system constructing a system based on idea of one chamber and one donor in which electric locks are each provided in a plurality of culturing apparatuses represented by an incubator and a plurality of preserving apparatus represented by a chemical cooling box, clearly expressing the one chamber and one donor by a bar code and preventing contamination due to manual operation miss of each specimen corresponding to each donor. SOLUTION: The centralized control system is composed of a bar code scanner connected to a personal computer for carrying out centralized control of each electric lock of a plurality of specimen-preserving apparatuses provided with electric locks for preserving target specimens in regenerative medical techniques, and driver units for opening and closing each electric lock of each preserving apparatus. A culturing container or a culture medium preserving bottle for housing one donor specimen to which a bar code label is attached is stored in each specimen-preserving apparatus and each driver unit carries out opening and closing operation of only electric lock of the specimen-preserving apparatus in which a specimen to which same label as bar code read off by a scanner based on indication of the personal computer is attached is stored.
