PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for dispensing packaging which is excellent in gas barrier properties, moisture barrier properties, destaticizing properties, dimensional accuracy, mechanical suitability, stability to change with time of heat seal strength, and slipping properties, and is useful for filling and packaging powdered or granulated medical supplies as it can be easily torn, and a packaging bag for dispensing packaging using the same. SOLUTION: The laminated body constitutes the packaging bags for dispensing packaging in which a plurality of storing parts for storing medicines are continuously provided in one direction. This laminated body is characterized by that at least a drawn film being a substrate layer and a heat seal layer comprising a specified resin composition for extrusion lamination are successively laminated, and the substrate layer constituting the end edge part in the longitudinal direction of the packaging bag for dispensing packaging consists of a narrow hole structure. The laminated body and the laminated body for dispensing packaging are characterized by that the heat seal layer sides are faced and folded to heat seal the end edge parts in the longitudinal direction, and heat sealing is performed at specified intervals in the direction intersecting at right angles to the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of the storing parts are continuously provided in one direction.
