PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder having various display functions and touch input functions even using a small operation/display panel as is the case using a large one. SOLUTION: This inkjet recorder comprises a nozzle for ejecting ink particles to print a character on a printing medium, a charge electrode for charging the ink particles flying toward the printing medium, a deflection electrode for deflecting the flying of the charged ink particles, the operation/display panel having the display functions and touch input functions, and a control section for controlling processes of displaying and inputting. The operation/display panel has a lump-sum display/mode display touch input screen region in which displaying of a character, a numeral, a symbol, etc., in the lump or displaying of various input modes can be switchably carried out, and a drive designation display touch input screen region in which indications including an indication of "drive" and an indication of "stop" are arranged. The indication of "drive" in the drive designation display touch input screen region is displayed before an operation of touch input for designating the start of driving is carried out and the indication is switched to an indication of "control" by the touch input for the start of driving.
