PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment controlling system by which suitable water treatment can be performed by optimizing ozone injection amount. SOLUTION: A water treatment controlling apparatus 14 acquires difference between a water quality index of water to be treated from a water analyzer 21 of the water to be treated and a water quality index of ozone treated water from a water analyzer 24 of the ozone treated water as variation of water quality indexes. A water quality index changing rate is obtained by dividing the variation of water quality indexes by the water quality index of the water to be treated or the water quality index of the ozone treated water. The water treatment controlling apparatus 14 controls a gaseous ozone injection apparatus 19 based on the water quality index changing rate to adjust gaseous ozone injection amount.
