PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous biomass superheated steam treated chemical raw material making method being a biomass treatment method friendly to environment, capable of continuously treating biomass to recover a chemical raw material and capable of self-feeding energy necessary for the operation of an apparatus, the apparatus therefor and a biomass superheated steam treatment system for performing treatment at a biomass producing place by an on-site system. SOLUTION: The continuous biomass superheated steam treated chemical raw material making method has a process for reacting biomass being a raw material with superheated steam to produce organic matter or water mixed steam and a carbide, a process for leading the organic matter or water mixed steam out of a superheated steam reaction furnace to form an organic matter aqueous solution by heat exchange, a process for introducing the carbide into a combustion furnace and a process for introducing the high temperature combustion gas generated in the combustion furnace into a heating jacket for covering a superheated steam reaction furnace.
