PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste water treatment apparatus which can decompose organic components by using a permanganate effectively and efficiently. SOLUTION: The organic waste water treatment apparatus for treating organic waste waster containing the organic components comprises organic waste water storage tanks 4A, 4B for storing the organic waste water, a manganese dioxide-containing material storage tank 18B for storing a manganese dioxide-containing material mainly comprising manganese dioxide, a permanganate-containing material storage tank 6 for storing a permanganate-containing material mainly comprising a permanganate, a reaction tank 8B for mixing the manganese dioxide-containing material with the organic waste water to carry out a first reaction, and then adding the permanganate-containing material to the organic waste water after the first reaction to carry out a second reaction, and a filter separator 10B for separating reaction products from the organic waste water after the reactions in the second reaction tank by filtration.
