PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision method for simply assaying coenzyme Q to be expected as an antioxidant marker in a biological sample. SOLUTION: The method for assaying coenzyme Q in a liquid to be tested comprises treating the coenzyme Q-containing liquid to be tested with an enzyme to act on coenzyme Q and then assaying a component consumed or a compound formed by the reaction.
