<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a program recording reservation system which can remotely make recording reservation of a program using a mobile telephone with a memory card, and at the same time, can store the video recording data in the memory card only by mounting the memory card in a television video recorder. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile telephone 1 transmits video image reservation data including unique video image reservation ID created from electronic program information obtained through an Internet network 17 by a radio control 7, and at the same time, writes in the recording reservation ID in the memory card 2.
