<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backrest foldable at two portions, and a seat system with a seat belt buckle with the entire width restrained without projecting in a compartment space at the time of folding the back rest, arranged at a position easily reached by a user after erecting the backrest. <P>SOLUTION: This seat system comprises: two backrests arranged in a manner to turn toward a floor between an erected position and a folded position with a backrest shaft as a center; two seat belt buckles installed turnable to an accommodation position; and a connection means arranged between the backrests and the seat belt buckles and turning the seat belt buckles between a high position and the accommodation position according to the turn of the backrests. When the backrests are turned from the erected position to the folded position, the seat belt buckles are connected with the backrests in a manner that the two seat belt buckles are turned in opposite directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
