<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting and receiving system of data with timer comprising a server and a plurality of client terminal connected thereto through a network, capable of performing a proper time management to the processing of information acquired by the client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: In this transmitting and receiving system of data with timer comprising the server and the plurality of client terminals connected thereto through the network to transmit and receive program data having timer function, a time control program having timer function and a plurality of display data are accumulated in the server, and the time control program and the display data are transmitted from the server to the client terminal. The client terminal executes the time control program after receiving the time control program and all of the display data, and successively displays the display data on the client terminal by the instruction of the time control program.
