<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell control device by which convenience of the fuel cell system can be improved by decreasing failure judgement. <P>SOLUTION: In the control device of the fuel cell 50 by which abnormality detection of a valve 38 provided in the fuel cell system is performed, when abnormality of the valve is detected continuously in a plurality of times of valve opening and closing operation (step 6; Yes), the valve is judged as in failure (step 7).
