<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and an equipment equipped with this, wherein downsizing can be realized certainly without damaging durability. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure regulating means 5 is installed between a reformer 2 and the fuel cell 4 via a by-pass flow passage 62. A hydrogen storing material 52 is housed in the pressure regulating means 5, and when the pressure of hydrogen in the hydrogen flow passage 61 exceeds a prescribed value, the hydrogen storing material 52 stores the hydrogen to appropriately maintain the pressure in the hydrogen flow passage 61. When the pressure in the fuel cell 4 becomes lower, the hydrogen storing material 52 releases the hydrogen to supply it to the fuel cell 4. Since the pressure variations between the reformer 2 and the fuel cell 4 can be absorbed by the pressure regulating means 5, the pressure does not become excessive, therefore the durability is not damaged even if downsizing of respective constituting parts is promoted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
