<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell vehicle for stabilizing a gravity center balance between the front and rear of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell vehicle is equipped with a driving motor 21 for making the vehicle 1 travel, and a fuel cell system 19 having a fuel cell 17 being an electric power source of the driving motor 21. The driving motor 21 is arranged in a vehicle rear part.
