PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high conductivity in the manufacture of a conductive plastic sheet by molding a liquid prepolymer mixed with abrasive powder. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a filter cloth for capturing abrasive powder particles and a reticulate spacer which supports the filter cloth are superposed over each other, then a mixture of the abrasive powder and the liquid prepolymer is cast-coated and pressed. Consequently, a high density abrasive powder layer is formed on the filter cloth by a filtering action of the filter cloth and thus a highly conductive cured product is obtained.
