PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a motor by which a stator core and a rotor (shaft) can be assembled with high accuracy to a housing having an opening at only one side with respect to a rotating shaft of the motor. SOLUTION: The assembling method of the motor is characterized in that: an insertion auxiliary jig having an inner periphery that is almost the same with the inner periphery of the housing is arranged outside the opening side of the housing so as to be coaxial with respect to the central axis of the housing at the time of the insertion of the stator core, while holding both ends of the rotor after inserting the rotor having a permanent magnet into the housing; and the stator core is inserted into the housing with the insertion jig as a guide.
