PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transceiving system, apparatus and method for supporting various coding rates, by puncturing holes with a data coded by the low-density parity check code in a mobile communication system and transmitting it. SOLUTION: The invention discloses the data transceiving system, apparatus and method by the low-density parity check code. A data transmitting apparatus includes a low-density parity check encoder for coding an input data by the low-density parity check code and a bit puncturer for puncturing holes, in the order of columns in which least performance degradation caused by puncturing in the low-density parity check code, according to a coding rate of an output data appears. Accordingly, the low-density parity check code having superior performance can be applied to a next generation mobile communication system, supporting various coding rates.
