PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform color data conversion processing for outputting nearly the same color from any device without depending on the device with easy operation and at a high speed. SOLUTION: A color data conversion device 10 comprises an RGB/Lab converter 22 for converting the color data of RGB color space to those of Lab space, and a Lab/CMYK converter 26 for converting the color data converted to the Lab space by the RGB/Lab converter 22 to those of CMYK space.
