PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant synthetic resin emulsion-based coating capable of easily improving heat resistance by using a synthetic resin emulsion. SOLUTION: The emulsion-based composition comprises hollow ceramic microparticles having particle diameters in the range of 5-10μm, a bulk density of 0.3-0.5 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, hydraulic pressure-resistant strength of≥600 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>and a melting point of≥1,500°C in a synthetic resin emulsion, in which a water-dispersible polyisocyanate is used as a curing agent, and air content in the synthetic resin emulsion-based composition is made to≤0.001%.
