PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate analyzing the actual cause of abnormality by knowing data inputted/outputted to/from surrounding conveyance facilities by the time of generating the abnormality or values of control data inside a controller at the time of the generation of the abnormality. SOLUTION: A unit controller 18 of each conveyer unit is connected from a network 22 to a control terminal 16 for reporting abnormality information comprising an abnormality generating place and an abnormality generating time to the control terminal 16. The control terminal 16 reads I/O data among the unit controller 18 and other unit controllers as well as the timing and reads device information of the unit controller 18.
