PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide installation structure of an internal combustion engine or the like capable of easily performing centering work the same as vertical support structure and capable of improving durability and service life by restricting initial deformation of a vibration control device interposed at a support position, in regard to a tilting support structure capable of restricting vibration when starting and stopping the engine and capable of reducing the natural frequency in comparison with the vertical support structure. SOLUTION: This installation structure for an internal combustion engine or the like is formed by interposing the vibration control device 30 between a support surface 2a of a bracket 2 to be fitted to the internal combustion engine and a support inclined surface 11a provided in an engine bed 4, and arranging the support inclined surface 11a on both sides in relation to the center of the internal combustion engine. An installing device 10 having the support inclined surface 11a and capable of moving in the horizontal direction is interposed between the engine bed 4 and the vibration control device 30.
