PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost frozen object removing device for a window pane of a vehicle capable of melting off a frozen object from the outside of the window pane using a simple structure without mounting it to the vehicle. SOLUTION: The frozen object removing device for the window pane of the vehicle is equipped with a heating element 1 having a hot melt part 7 to be contacted with the window pane and fitted internally with n electric heater wire 15, a shank 2 attached to the heating element 1, and a plug 4 connected with a conductor 3 in connection with the electric heater wire 15 and connected electrically with a lighter socket 5 when it is inserted to the light socket 5 provided in the front panel 6 of the vehicle.
