PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multibeam laser light source system which reduces the number of components and enhances the assembling efficiency of relatively positional adjustment of a sub-scanning pitch interval on an image surface, by integrating a holder member for holding a plurality of sets of semiconductor lasers and collimator lenses with a rotative support part for rotatively adjusting the sub-scanning beam pitch interval of a beam of light, and which enables high-precision adjustment. SOLUTION: This multibeam laser light source system comprises the two semiconductor lasers as light sources, the collimator lens which makes the respective laser beams of light, emitted from the semiconductor lasers, almost parallel to each other, and the holder member for holding the plurality of sets of semiconductor lasers and collimator lenses. The holder member is equipped with the rotative support part whose rotational center is an axis parallel to the optical axis of a scanning optical system for forming a beam spot on the prescribed image surface by scanning the plurality of laser beams of light emitted from the semiconductor lasers, and the rotative support part is directly engaged with a casing which is equipped with the scanning optical system, so that rotation can be adjusted.
