PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic transfer sheet with anti-glare properties which can maintain antistatic properties for a long time with less dependence on humidity and can efficiently impart antistatic properties and anti-glare properties even to a molded object and further, an article finished with antistatic treatment showing high transparency, proper haze, high hard-coating properties and anti-glare properties as an optical member with a transferred antistatic layer. SOLUTION: The antistatic transfer sheet has a microunevenness with anti-glare properties formed on a releasable surface of a releasable base material sheet 11 and at least the antistatic layer 21 and a transparent crosslinked cured resin layer 23 formed, as a transfer layer, on the releasable surface. Further, a second antistatic layer 22, a primer layer 25 as the transfer layer or an adhesive layer 27 may be formed on the opposite surface to the transfer layer of the releasable base material sheet 11.
