PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain run-out of a shaft by a small number of parts for an optional diameter of a machined hole 5 and a spindle 6. SOLUTION: This guide bush device is provided with a substantially cylindrical guide bush 7 having a support hole 8 for inserting the spindle 6 and rotatably supporting the spindle 6, a screw part 9 formed on an upper end outer peripheral surface of the guide bush 7, a substantially chevron-shaped leg part 12 fixedly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the guide bush 7, a plurality of guide bush positioning tools 10 composed of a hinge part 11 for rockingly supporting the leg part 12, and a nut 2 for positioning the guide bush 7 in a central position of the machined hole 5 by allowing the leg tip being the other end of the leg part 12 to abut on a hole inner wall of the machined hole 5 by rotating the leg part 12 around the hinge part 11 by pushing in one end of the leg part 12 in response to its threadedly engaging quantity by threadedly engaging with the screw part 9.
