PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device capable of controlling the operation of a desired robot on the basis of nonlinear physical vibration and chemical vibration in an organism. SOLUTION: This robot control device controls the driving of a movable part 8 possessed by the robot, and has a Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction film 4 for generating an oxidation wave surface by Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, a light sensor array 6 for detecting the oxidation wave surface of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky film 4, and a robot driver 10 for controlling the driving of the movable part 8 possessed by the robot on the basis of the oxidation wave surface detected by the light sensor array 6.
